Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Open Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions on your iPhone to view, upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your BrainForge AI subscription. Changes take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Yes. Sign in with the same Apple ID you used for the original purchase, then go to your profile in the app and tap "Restore Purchases." Your subscription and entitlements will be restored automatically.
Send an email to info@getbrainforge.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will permanently delete your account and all associated data within 30 days.
